HEALTH & WELFARE
The Contractor agrees to pay into the Michigan
Conference of Teamsters' Health and Welfare Fund not to exceed $278.55
per week for each regularly employed Owner Operator and
each regularly employed Company driver.
INDUSTRY PROMOTION FUND
The IPF Contribution is increased to
twelve cents (.12)
For all work in Zone 2 ONLY, where the
contract awarded to the contractor for work covered
under the LRD agreement is for $75,000 or less, the wage
rate shall be $3.00 per hour less than the rate shown
above for work over $600,000. (Only where Davis Bacon
and Prevailing Wage do not apply.)
Zone 1 -
Counties of Wayne, Monroe,
Washtenaw, Oakland, Macomb, Genesee and Livingston.
Zone 2 –
The
remaining counties in the Lower Peninsula of the State
of Michigan, and all the counties in the Upper Peninsula
of the State of Michigan.
