Stolen Equipment Forms - MITA offers members the opportunity to post stolen equipmet information directly on MITA's home page of the Website. Simply download the form, fill out the information regarding stolen equipment from a jobsite and fax it to MITA. Since we started posting stolen equipment bulletins, the majority of equipment has been found and returned to the contractor. Click here to download the form.

Job Site Posters - MITA has put all the required Michigan and federal regulations on two weather resistant posters for your job sites and office.

Labor Relations Agreement Handbooks - MITA administers labor agreements with the Operating Engineers, Laborers and Teamsters, Outstate Carpenters, Detroit Carpenters and Cement Masons for all underground and road work in the State of Michigan. Wage rates and contract books are available through the MITA office.

Lien Law Packets - In the event you need to put a lien on a job, MITA has developed a lien law packet for your use. The packet is updated on a regular basis by legal counsel. Click here to download the up-to-date packet.

MSDS Binders - In compliance with the Michigan Right-To-Know Law, this binder is full of information on the law, along with more than 200 material safety data sheets.

Penetrometers - Determine your soil density with this device, which is available for purchase through the MITA office.

Trucking Regulation Packets - These packets contain a variety of forms and booklets to assist members in tracking their truck fleet and drivers, as well as helping you to stay current with state/federal regulations.

What’s Going On In Your Neighborhood? - This brochure is available to MITA members for distribution in neighborhoods undergoing sewer and water system construction. It encourages residents to ask questions, be patient, inform contractors of unknown underground utilities, raise concerns promptly and watch the construction as it progresses. The back page of the brochure allows room to include your company’s contact information.
