This past July MDOT put into use a new Special Provision for Critical Path Method Schedule that was collaboratively developed with MITA in early 2017.  This new Special Provision for Critical Path Method Schedule replaces various versions of previously used Special Provisions of like title with some of those versions dating back to the early 2000s.  Similar to some of the previously used Special Provisions, the new Special Provision for Critical Path Method Schedule requires the use of Primavera Project Management software for the schedule development.

To facilitate the successful implementation of the new Special Provision for Critical Path Method Schedule, MITA and MDOT will host a “CPM Workshop” for the purposes of familiarizing the attendees with the requirements of the new Special Provision and the Primavera software used to build and update the critical path schedules.

When:   Tuesday, February 13, 2018
Time: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Where: MITA Office at 2937 Atrium Drive, Okemos, MI 48864

The workshop will include a facilitated agenda morning session and “one-on-one as requested” individual support afternoon sessions.  Lunch will be provided.

Our target audience for the workshop are those individuals within your company who are responsible for creating/submitting/reviewing/changing/etc. critical path schedules using the Primavera software.

To register for the “CPM Workshop” contact Danielle Coppersmith in the MITA office at 517-347-8336 or  Danielle will need to know your company name and the name(s) and contact information for the individual(s) you want to register.  Space is limited so we suggest you register early for this workshop.

If you have any questions about the workshop contact Glenn Bukoski at 517-347-8336 or
