Detroit Area Carpenters Wage Rates
(for road building construction)
Effective the first full payroll period commencing on or after June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012
The 2011 wage rates and fringe benefit contributions for the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters that covers Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Sanilac, St. Clair, Monroe and part of Livingston County (the Townships of Deerfield, Tyrone, Oceola, Hartland, Genoa and Brighton) are listed below and are effective the first full payroll period on or after June 1, 2011.

* Dues deduction - deduct 4.00% of the Base Wage from the employee's pay. The amount of the dues deduction is inside the Base Wage as stated above.
Effective June 1, 2011, Carpenter Foreman Premium Pay shall be 7.00% over the Journeyman Carpenter base wage rate.
