Project Description:

6.11 miles of freeway, interchange, and rest area reconstruction including grading, drainage, concrete paving, hot mix asphalt paving, rest area building replacement, guardrail, permanent signing, pavement markings, and traffic signals on I-96 from College Rd easterly to Meridian Rd, Ingham County.

Unique Characteristics:

Four lanes of traffic, two in each direction, maintained at all times.
